Yesterday, on Thursday 26 January, the Thai-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the Norwegian Seafood Council and the Norwegian Embassy in Bangkok, hosted the annual Seafood Under the Stars in the garden of Norwegian Ambassador Kjetil Paulsen’s residence. This year, 200 distinguished guests were present, all with a stake in the strong, bilateral cooperation between Norway and Thailand.
Award winning master chef Markus Dybwad from Norway has a record of accomplishment from Michelin starred restaurants around the world. He played a key role in ensuring that this became a special occasion by bringing his experience to Asia. He wanted to give the guests the best of what can be offered of cold-water seafood.
The pleasant atmosphere created a setting for discussing common Norwegian-Thai interests such as business cooperation, investments opportunities and the increasing trade and tourism.
